For plush cushions, the trick is to get pillow covers 1 size smaller than the pillow inserts. For example, get 22″ pillows and 20″ pillow covers.
Although these deluxe pillow covers look extra fancy, they only cost about $11 apiece. Plus, you can wash them in the washing machine on cold.
