I used to think that only sofa beds and futons offered a couch + bed setup. However, some of the latest daybeds offer just as much function and style, plus you can save some money.
How to Use a Daybed as a Couch:
I especially like the larger full-size daybed sofas because they offer a “super-lounge” feel during the day. In other words, they provide the perfect spot to watch movies, read a book or play games.
On the other hand, daybeds with pull-out trundles conserve a lot of space. Not to mention, you don’t have to “unfold” your mattress like you would on a sofabed or futon.
Daybeds also let you choose your mattress. Consequently, they may provide the most comfortable spot to sleep. So, if your sleeper will get frequent use, keep this factor in mind.
Not to mention, you get to customize your sleeper sofa with cover, bedding, cushions and pillows. And, you can update the style of your couch whenever you want. =)
